Cancellation and Return Policy

Late Policy:

Unfortunately, clients who are late by 15 minutes or more to an appointment will need to be rescheduled. This will help to accommodate all other clients on the book and ensure that you receive a full service.

Cancellation Policy: Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file and for certain services, a deposit will be required.

Deposits:

  • A $100 deposit is required for all New Patient appointments.
  • Deposits of $100 are required for all neurotoxin, filler, biostimulator, fat reduction, and threads services, including consultations for these services.
  • Deposits of 50% of the reserved service amount are required for all CoolPeel, VirtueRF, Halo, and Moxi services.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations of less than a 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to $100 for each service cancelled.
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged a $100 fee.
  • Appointments made within the 48-hour period and need to cancel, the client must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge of $100.

Payment:

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Appointment Times:

Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary, and require a credit card or gift card to secure your reservation. We do recommend, however, that you always reserve your next experience prior to leaving in order to guarantee the availability of your desired service(s) and times.

Cell Phones and Personal Electronic Devices:

We strive to provide our guests with a tranquil and private escape from the outside world. Please help us by turning off these devices upon entering the medspa. Please be aware of the volume of your voice so as not to disturb other guests.

Children:

Guests must be 12 years of age or older. Remember this is your time and to ensure the highest quality of service and relaxation for everyone, children are not allowed in the spa area.

Gratuities:

Optional, never expected, but greatly appreciated.

Medical Concerns and Comfort Level:

Guests who are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult their physician before booking medspa services. Please advise us of allergies so that we may use products that are appropriate for you.

Gift Cards:

We offer a variety of gifts perfect for any occasion. We will help you personalize an experience for someone special. Please note, gift cards can be ordered online, by phone, or in person. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Refund Policy:

Retail: Product refunds are issued within 7 (seven days) of the product’s original purchase date if the product was purchased or picked up in-store and 30 (thirty) days if the product was purchased online. Items must be unopened, unused, and contain the original packaging. You, the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping charges on any item(s) you wish to return. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that can provide insurance for the full value of your returned item(s). Wise Aesthetics is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We also request that you include a copy of the original invoice or receipt. Ambre Blends sales are FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges accepted.

Packages: Packages are refundable within thirty (30) days of purchase if unredeemed.  Packages are non-refundable if partially redeemed.  

Packages:

All Packages have an expiration of 1 year from the date of purchase.  

Sales of packages or series treatments are binding transactions between you (the “Client”) and Wise Aesthetics and NOT the Aesthetician or Provider that may have sold you the package. If the Aesthetician or Provider that sold you the package is no longer with the company or unable to perform the treatments for any reason whatsoever, our sole obligation is to substitute another Aesthetician or Provider in lieu of the original Aesthetician or Provider. Only under special circumstances shall refunds be issued, and such refund shall be for store credit only.

Refer to your respective membership Agreement for Terms and Conditions.
