Your Treatment Journey

What to expect

From the moment you walk through our doors to the days and weeks following your visit, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Explore what to expect before, during, and after your treatment, including anticipated results and recommended treatment frequency—so you can feel confident, prepared, and excited for your transformation.

Before Your treatment

Avoid alcoholic beverages the night before your appointment.

Avoid aspirin and NSAIDs (Advil, Motrin, Aleve) for 1 week before your treatment to help reduce bruising.

During Your treatment

Your treatment journey begins with a personalized consultation. During this session, you and your provider will collaborate to select the ideal type of filler, determine the precise amount needed, and identify the specific areas to be treated.

Before the injections, your provider will carefully cleanse your skin to ensure optimal safety and comfort. For added ease, a topical anesthetic may be applied depending on the treatment area.

Using advanced techniques and an artistic approach, the filler is expertly injected into the targeted areas to restore lost volume, enhance contours, and achieve your desired results

After Your Treatment

Gently apply Arnica Gel to the treatment area 30 minutes after your session to help reduce bruising. You can take Tylenol, but do not take Ibuprofen (Advil) or other blood thinners.

Avoid facials and facial massages for at least 2 weeks after treatment to prevent filter migration.

Avoid laying down on your face, including the sides of your face, for 4 hours after treatmen

Expected Results

Immediately after your treatment, you'll see results, as the treated area will likely swell. If it swells more than expected, don't worry—the swelling will go down, leaving you with the results you desire in no more than 2 weeks

Treatment Frequency

Results last anywhere from 6-18 months, depending on your treatment area and aesthetic goals.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

What are dermal fillers, and how do they work?

Dermal fillers are injectable treatments made of hyaluronic acid or other biocompatible substances designed to restore lost volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. They work by replenishing hydration, stimulating collagen production, and adding subtle structure to areas like the cheeks, lips, and jawline.

What areas can be treated with dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers can address various areas, including the lips, cheeks, under-eye hollows, nasolabial folds (smile lines), marionette lines, and the jawline. They can also be used for non-surgical nose reshaping and hand rejuvenation.

How long do dermal fillers last?

The longevity of dermal fillers depends on the type of filler used, the treated area, and individual factors such as metabolism. Most fillers last between 6 to 18 months, with some longer-lasting options available for certain areas like the cheeks or jawline.

Is there downtime after getting dermal fillers?

Downtime is minimal with dermal fillers. You may experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites, which typically resolves within a few days. Most clients return to their normal activities immediately after treatment, but it’s recommended to avoid strenuous exercise and excessive sun exposure for 24-48 hours.
