How can I schedule my appointment?
You can schedule your appointment by calling or texting us at 317-569-6448 or scheduling online here.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime after the first six (6) installments by sending us an email to membership@wise-aesthetics.com or logging into your Wise Aesthetics account here.
Can I pause or freeze my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership after the first three installments. You can pause or freeze your membership for up to 180 days. The freeze fee is $25 per month. Please reach out to us at membership@wise-aesthetics.com to pause your membership. Please email us at Membership@wise-aesthetics.com with the subject line: Membership Pause: Your Name. Please also include your email address and the reason in the email body. Please give us 2-4 business days to pause your membership.
Does my monthly membership fee count towards a premium service if I did not get a treatment this month?
Yes! For example, if you wanted to get a MOXI treatment this month instead of a CoolPeel, then we would deduct $249 from the total and also give you 10% off!
I've been paying the monthly membership fee but have been unable to get in for an appointment, what are my options?
It is highly recommended that you make multiple appointments in advance to secure the best day and time for you. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your money when you skip a month or two nor can the membership fees be banked for other services.
Can I transfer or share my membership?
No, memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
