With over 25 years of nursing experience, Crissy is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner holding dual Master’s degrees as both a Pediatric and Family Nurse Practitioner. Her expertise extends to aesthetic medicine, where she has received extensive training, positioning her as a trusted provider in the field.
Crissy brings several years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery, having had the privilege of working with leading experts in the industry. She most recently served as an Advanced Injector for a prominent facial plastic surgeon in Indianapolis and has previously collaborated with the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the IU School of Medicine.
Realizing her dream of owning her own medical spa, Crissy is thrilled to welcome clients to Wise Aesthetics. Her practice is designed to offer treatments in an upscale, relaxing, and rejuvenating environment, ensuring a premium experience for every client.

Jill Eicher
BSN, RN
Jill is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience. She has worked alongside Crissy since joining Crissy’s team in July 2021. She started her career in the Riley Pediatric ICU, and has also worked as a flight nurse with Lifeline for over 4 years. Jill also has experience working in the COVID ICU during the pandemic.
Prior to becoming a registered nurse, Jill practiced as a licensed esthetician. Her passion is to provide beautiful and SAFE results. Jill’s education, experience, mentorship and knowledge make her an outstanding injector and RN.
Jill lives in Fishers with her husband of 20 years and their two children.
Fun fact: Jill was a Colts Cheerleader for 4 seasons during the Manning era!
Crystal Stutler
MSN, FNP-BC
Crystal is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in optimizing hormones and facial contouring through aesthetic injections. She is a BioTE certified provider. Prior to obtaining her Masters of Science in Nursing through Indiana Wesleyan University, she spent eight years in emergency medicine. Crystal is passionate about promoting healthy living and getting to the “root cause.” She guides her patients through the process with education and walks them through the process for optimal results.
